Welcome to the information portal for the Rungwe International College of Business and Entrepreneurship Development (RICOBED). RICOBED serves the community with focus on developing business workforce, entrepreneurship, technical education and academic preparation for University.

We offer national recognized qualification ranging from basic certificate (NTA level 4), Technician Certificate (NTA level 5) and Ordinary Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Procurement and Supply course. Our commitment to life-long learning takes many forms. RICOBED partners with Government Institutions and employers within reach to improve learning outcomes, providing internships, scholarships, and serve on advisory board for our educational program.

We take great pride in offering service at the point of need, regardless of economic differences. We are committed to provide you the academic resources you need to reach your educational goal. To ensure quality of program our college is registered by the National Council for Technical Education (NACTE) and uses a NACTE validated curriculum for the teaching of our learning programs.

The college according to its establishment can offer programs leading to the award of Certificate, Diploma and Degrees (or other appropriate qualifications) in field of business, finance, entrepreneurship, Health, Agriculture, Natural resource, tourism, mineral and energy, and community development.

  • COLLEGE LIFE

    The College has few accommodation facilities for students who are extremely in need; otherwise the service has been outsourced. Students residing in the hostel are required to comply with the college accommodation rules and regulations in place. Students are to make private arrangement through the college.

  • Sporting Activities

    Football

    The College has its own and the outsourced facilities that enable students to engage in sports, games like football.

    Netball

    netball, volleyball and athletics just to mention a few

  • CAFETERIA

    The College is not directly involved in providing catering services to students but it is responsible for monitoring of the services offered to students.

    Outsourced services

    The management ensures the catering service which is provided is at acceptable standard and cheaper cost.
